Project summary:
The goal of the research is the development of multifunctional efficient materials and their application in the waste water organic pollutant removal processes. Additional goal is to define an optimal procedure for the synthesis of novel materials, as well as the application of optimal experimental plan using statistical procedures that will correlate the influence of different synthesis and material preparation parameters on the efficiency of organic pollutant decomposition. The research results will give the basis for the practical application of these materials in waste water treatment, as well as the guidelines for the novel, energy efficient and environmental friendly technological process.
