Project summary:
Multidisciplinary approach to the current, complex and significant problem of youth employment and its impact on the socio-economic development of the Republic of Serbia. On the example of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, ie. on the experience of the University of Novi Sad, this problem was analyzed from different aspects. The conclusions clearly showed that without the employability of young, educated and quality staff, there is no quality and sustainable development.
